With two decades of experience across the arts, philanthropy, government and business, I help organisations build the strategy, relationships and confidence they need to grow their fundraising and achieve ambitious goals.

My approach is practical, strategic and relationship-led. I work with organisations to identify opportunities, strengthen their case for support, develop meaningful partnerships and build the internal capability needed to deliver long-term fundraising success.

I bring a deep understanding of the Australian philanthropic and cultural landscape, together with an extensive network across philanthropic funders and major donors, government, corporate Australia and senior business leaders. Over the course of my career, I have developed trusted relationships with decision-makers across these sectors and understand how to connect organisations with the right people, opportunities and sources of investment.

My experience spans major gifts, philanthropic partnerships, corporate partnerships, government advocacy and funding, campaigns, individual giving and strategic fundraising, across both major cultural organisations and smaller, purpose-led organisations.

I have worked across a broad range of organisations including leading arts and cultural institutions, universities, festivals, First Nations organisations, education providers and community-focused initiatives. This breadth has given me a strong understanding of the different funding environments in which organisations operate - and how to build compelling propositions that resonate with different audiences.

Two decades working across the cultural sector, including significant experience with First Nations-led organisations and programs. I understand the importance of authentic relationships, cultural context and ensuring investment delivers meaningful outcomes.
